(2)Conditions of carriage to be established or altered (in the case of alteration, clearly indicating a comparison between the current and proposed conditions of carriage);
(3)Reasons necessitating the alteration.
(Description of Conditions of Carriage)
Article 219. Matters prescribed in the conditions of carriage under the provisions of Article 106 paragraph 1 of the law shall be as follows:
(1)Matters relating to the receipt and refund of fares, rates and charges;
(2)Matters relating to ticketing;
(3)Classifications and scope of freight carried;
(4)Matters relating to the receipt, delivery and custody of freight;
(5)Matters relating to compensation for damage and other responsibilities;
(6)Other matters necessary for inclusion in the conditions of carriage.
(Application for Approval of Alteration of Business Program)
Article 220. Any person who will apply for the approval of alteration of a business program in accordance with the provisions of Article 109 paragraph 1 of the law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for Approval of Alteration of Business Program, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Matters to be altered (clearly indicating a comparison between the current and proposed matters);
(3)Scheduled effective date of the alteration;
(4)Reason necessitating the alteration;
(5)Estimate of revenues and expenditures upon approval of the alteration.
(Report of Alteration of Business Program)
Article 220-(2). The alteration of a business program under Article 109 paragraph 3 of this law (excluding minor matters under the said paragraph)shall be an alteration of the scheduled date of commencement of the operation (excluding the case when the scheduled date of commencement of operation shall be postponed).
2. Any person who will apply for the approval of an alteration of a business program under the preceding paragraph shall submit an application for approval of alteration of business program to the Minister of Transport, describing the following matters;
(1)Name and Address
(2)Matters to be altered (a clear comparison between the current and proposed matters must be indicated).
